Our journey started 20+ years ago when we met through mutual friends. The friendship was a perfect match right from the start both being Virgos, our love for designing, organizing, style, work ethic, our obsession for to-do lists, planners and all else in between. The best part of our friendship is we each bring something different to the table. Linda started her passion in fashion years ago. Working for high end boutiques as a stylist for many clients, as well as a buyer, truly showcased her ability to pair clients with a wardrobe that perfectly suited them. Linda always had a way of making any outfit look like a million dollars. She was us girls go to when we needed an outfit, which most of the time ended up coming from her closet.
Nicole was raised having both parents self employed as interior decorators, custom builders, corporate designers, etc. Her love for home design, clean and clutter free spaces that were neat and organized , was embedded in her. She studied finance and economics in college, taking a job at a high end spa maintaining their bookkeeping. Shortly after she realized this was the industry she was meant to be in. She obtained her cosmetology license and began her career in hair and makeup .
Fortunate enough both of us were able to stay home to raise our children, while both occasionally doing freelance work when time allotted. With friends and family knowing how organized we were, there was always a project to take on at someones house. Our love for party planning and hosting took to helping others with their events. Before each of us had realized, we had our own little side business that involved home and office organizing, party planning, seasonal decorating, meal prep, gift baskets and all in between. The past few years we had many conversations about taking our talents and passions to form a business together. Now as our children are a bit more independent, what better time then the present. Just as Chaz Palminteri says in Bronx Tale, " The saddest thing in life is wasted talent". Today we are so excited and proud to bring you all "Balanced Home and Living" . ~Linda and Nicole
